Graham's great-great grandfather, John M. Ralston first arrived to the shores of Port Townsend two weeks after Washington became a state in 1889 and was the first judge of Clallam County. Another grandfather, "Mac" Thomson worked in the timber industry, including as manager of the PenPly mill and chair of the Olympic Logging Conference (1967-1968). Graham went on to graduate Port Angeles High School in 2003 while simultaneously earning an Associates Degree from Peninsula College through the running start program. Graham was an entrepreneur and hard worker while growing up in town. He would sell firewood out of the back of his truck in the Rite Aid parking lot, mow lawns, and work summer jobs that ranged from computer set-up for the school district, soccer coach for Skyhawks, and wildland firefighter for the Olympic National Park crew.After high school Graham continued his school at the University of Washington where he was able to graduate in a year and half post high school and then completing his law degree at Seattle University.After law school, Graham moved to Washington, DC in 2010 where he served as one of the youngest senior federal executives in Washington DC for the U.S. Department of Transportation. He ran a national program for small businesses and was involved at a senior level in the office of the Secretary of Transportation. A unique position where Graham worked within the Obama administration but for a Republican Secretary, Ray LaHood. He served his duties as part of the Presidential Transition team at the US Department of Transportation before going into private practice and starting a technology company in 2018.Graham is currently the owner of Ralston Law, PLLC in Port Angeles, WA where he helped many businesses pro-bono with COVID relief and defending businesses against government over-reach in it's attempt to stigmatize or deny civil liberties to business owners. He spends the majority of his time with an AI Technology company out of Seattle that helps expose him to the power of Artificial Intelligence and how it might transform the workforce of tomorrow. These life experiences equip him with a lifelong connection to the Olympic Peninsula, an appreciation for the hard work of small businesses owners, and the knowledge and network of Washington DC to deliver value immediately to the voters of Washington's 6th district.

I will tackle inflation head-on and fight for tax relief that energizes our economy and puts money back in your pocket. By advocating for efficient government spending and supporting policies that stimulate job growth and local businesses, we can build a stronger, more resilient 6th District.

I have experience as a current small business owner and I led the U.S. Department of Transportation's small business office for over 7 years. My experience being hands on and knowledge of Government benefits and programs provides a unique advantage over other candidates to deliver value to the people and businesses of the 6th district.

Affordable, accessible healthcare is a right, not a privilege. I will work tirelessly to lower healthcare costs, expand coverage options, and improve the quality of care for all residents of the 6th District. Together, we can ensure that no one has to choose between their health and their financial security. When we remove corruption from DC, we can get sensible policies in place for healthcare.

My community is not the same as when I grew up. The rise of opioid use, the non-enforcement of store theft, and the lack of government strategy around homelessness and mental health issues place a serious strain on the safety and economics of small communities. We need to support responders with the resources they need and community support to enforce law that help protect families and support the economy.

To bring new ideas and energy to Congress, I staunchly support a six-year term limit for all representatives. This commitment to term limits is about fostering accountability and preventing the entrenchment of power, ensuring that our leaders remain focused on serving the people, not prolonging their political careers.

I believe in efficient government, not bloated bureaucracy. Community and state government is more personalized to our needs as citizens. The Federal government is bloated with costs, inefficient, and exerting too much power over the citizens by reducing freedoms and liberties as exampled during COVID lockdowns. By streamlining processes, cutting unnecessary regulations, and returning more power to community governments - we can make government more responsive and less intrusive, ensuring it serves the people effectively without overstepping its bounds.

Smaller government better serves the needs of the community and reduces taxes.

Artificial Intelligence advancements will change our workforce and create new national defense issues. We need people in congress who understand the developments of this technology and how we can prepare the workforce of tomorrow to adapt to these changes and find new paths for people to contribute.

As artificial intelligence reshapes industries, strategic political planning is essential to prepare tomorrow’s workforce for the emerging realities of the job market. It is crucial for policymakers to foster education and training programs that equip workers with the AI skills needed to thrive, ensuring that technological advancement leads to opportunities rather than displacement.

Individuals should have the right to bodily autonomy. This pro choice extends not only to women for abortion rights but to all people when facing a choice regarding control of their bodies, specifically the COVID-19 vaccine. Any mandatory vaccine requirement for COVID-19 was a misstep and abuse of power by the Government.

Port Angeles is not the same, and I care.This is even more obvious after working for the U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington, DC from 2010–2018 and then returning home. While the beauty in both nature and people remain, there are problems in the WA-06 like many other cities and towns across the country.We should be supporting our small businesses that were shut down during COVID and now face more economic uncertainty with inflation. We need to restore order in our communities that are impacted by theft, opioids, and homelessness. I'm running as an Independent to serve the people – not political parties or corporations. We, the people, can fix this together!

Graham has 7+ years of senior federal experience in Washington, DC, and was the youngest senior executive leading a national small business program. He is a local business owner (Ralston Law), a licensed attorney/CPA, and is the only candidate with the necessary DC experience and network to bring immediate value to the district.
